Question:
How to get information about the presence of offenses recorded by technical means operating in automatic mode?
Answer:
The ability to check by individuals for the presence of an unpaid fine imposed on the results of the operation of the Unified system for photographing violations of the speed limit is implemented on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus in the "Services" section, subject to entering the last name, first name, patronymic, as well as the series and number of the vehicle registration certificate funds.
If the vehicle belongs to a legal entity, then a request is sent to such person by registered mail to provide information about the person who drove the vehicle. After providing information about the driver, the body conducting the administrative process issues a decision to impose an administrative penalty.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus does not provide a service for providing information on the presence of the fact of speeding, committed on a specific vehicle, since the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2008 "On Information, Informatization and Information Protection" provides information about the private life of an individual and personal data classified as information, the distribution and (or) provision of which is limited.
