For questions arising within the framework of the issued decision, or upon receipt of a copy of the decision, a citizen can contact the traffic police at the place of residence.

To obtain an electronic copy of the decision or to check the existence of decisions made against an individual, you must:
- go on the website mvd.gov.by;
- go to your personal account (press the "LOGIN" button in the upper right corner and enter your login and password), if you are not registered on the site mvd.gov.by, then register;
- in the left menu, select "Individuals" - "Unpaid fines";
- enter the captcha and click the "Send" button.

To sign up for a free subscription to SMS notifications about the issuance of a decision against an individual, you must be a registered user on the site mvd.gov.by.
Registration instructions:
- go on the website mvd.gov.by;
- click the "LOGIN" button in the upper right corner and click the "Register" button;
- then follow the instructions on the site (for more information, see by this link).

Payment of fines for photography

The imposed fine must be paid no later than one month from the date of entry into force of the decision on the case of an administrative offense.

A fine for an offense can be paid at the bank’s cash desk, at a payment and information terminal, via Internet banking, an ATM and other banking service points connected to the Settlement System, without charging a commission.

To pay the fine you need:
1. In the "Calculation" section, go to the "Ministry of Internal Affairs" - "Fines" - "GAI" section and select the "Photofixation of other violations" service.
2. Enter the registration number of the offense.
3. Verify the last name, first name, patronymic of the owner of the vehicle and the amount of the fine.
4. Make payment.
